The practice
Due to retirement, Dr Paul Vergé, otolaryngologist, is selling his practice situated in Saint Honoré les Bains, in Burgundy. The medical practice, completely equipped, would suit an otolaryngologist, a lung specialist, an allergist or a GP. Saint Honoré les bains and its region
Described as “The Pearl of the Morvan” (la perle du Morvan) the “green” spa of Saint Honoré les Bains treats respiratory tract and rheumatism diseases.

Situated in the middle of forests, a real haven of green and calm, Saint Honoré les Bains is near the Etang de Chevre, Lacs des Sétons and de Pannedière, at 70 km from Nevers and 20 km from Chateau Chinon, where former president François Mitterand resided.

The region is a small paradise where you can practice sports (tennis, walking, cycling, horse-riding, canoe, hunting, fishing).

Due to its location and the absence of industry and factories, the spa is a haven for holidays and rest. The air is pure and there is no pollution.
